Please do the courteous thing and phone AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with any changes or cancellations regarding your appointment. FAILURE to phone within 24hrs of any changes or FAILURE to show up for your appointment at all will result in a $15 PER DOG re-booking fee. Repeated No-Shows and last minute cancellations may result in termination of services.
